What a day with NimbleHQ looks like

NimbleHQ is built so your products keep improving while you do other things. Here's what that looks like on a normal day.

7:00 am: one email

The day starts with a single email. It says what shipped overnight, what's stuck, which new ideas are waiting for you, and who asked to join the pilot. No dashboards to check. If nothing needs you, you're done.

7:05 am: a few taps

The product agent has suggested up to three ideas for each project. You approve the ones you like with one tap. If the builder got stuck on a task yesterday, it has asked you one plain question. You answer it in a sentence.

Mid-morning: an idea on the go

Between meetings you think of something a customer asked for. You open Claude or ChatGPT, talk it through, and turn it into a task in NimbleHQ right from the chat. Or you type it straight into the task list. Either way it takes a minute.

All day: the builder works

The builder takes approved tasks in turn. For each one it reads the project's goal, makes the change, runs the tests and deploys it. If a task isn't clear, it stops and asks rather than guessing. You can edit, cancel or send back any task, or move one to the front of the line.

Afternoon: someone else asks for something

You've invited a teammate to a project. They add a request. It waits for your approval, so nothing gets built that you didn't agree to.

Evening: nothing

You close the laptop. The work you approved keeps going, and tomorrow's email will tell you how it went.

That's the whole idea: you decide what gets built, and the building happens without you.
